Due to the nature of some of the products on the site and the cost of sending them, we will charge a minimum 20% re-stocking for all returns plus carriage. VAT will be charged on top of the returns and carriage costs.
All returns must be requested by email and made within 24 hours of receipt. All items must be in their original box, and in mint condition. All packaging must also be free of damage and as new.
Items that are received damaged or incorrcet must be reported within 24 hours. We are unable to accept claims that are made outside of this period. Replacement products will be sent out within 24 hours, subject to availability.
If the cartons have been opened we cannot then resell them as new , so a full refund will not be given on item.
